Ziepod is an application developed by Ziemantics. The purpose of Ziepod is to download and manage all the intended podcasts. The application leaves its first impression by the mere look of its excellent interface, which even has its own personality.
The application gives you a choice of four views which range from a player mode to a full-screen application mode. You can start searching for content using Feedzie, a podcast searching service (however, this is actually the only service the application supports). Once you find a podcast you like, you can add it to a list, to be notified later on when the podcast is updated. Of course, you can also listen to the podcast or any other podcasts that you have in your computer. They are easy and quick to import. There is also a nice feature that allows you to schedule downloads of podcasts; and it is very handy when a podcast can be played at a known time and date. The ability to receive notifications, manage playlists and schedule downloads makes this program a very powerful tool for managing podcasts.
